This office and residence center is a 37,000 S.F. one-story building set on a 9.5-acre site. The building is mixed use occupancy and separated for fire protection into 18,000 S.F. for the office (business) & 19,000 S.F. for the residence (residential R-1). The concept behind the residence was to keep the feel as close to living at home as possible. Each resident room has ample space for a bed, foldout sofa, TV, or for someone’s favorite chair. Private bathrooms with roll-in shower, water closet, vanity and lavatory accompany each room. Wood doors and trim finish the overall feeling of warmth.

There is a full kitchen to handle all nutritional needs of each resident. Family members have quiet areas, as well as family, dining, and living rooms to spend time with loved ones in a secure and caring environment.  Staff areas include a central nursing station with visual observation to each wing and a private lounge.

The 37,000 square foot center will be completed in 2004 for a cost of 6 million.
